“It's a very left alone place the hotel is very quite. The schiedersee (lake) is near you to look around and the railway station is also just near to the hotel. There is no room service as such. You have to go to restaurant to eat always. Very limited chicken dishes you can have ham, tukey. Beef, pork, fish dishes. If you are a food lover you will have to find another place for rest of the days. The rooms are very small as compared to India. You will just get towels and hair dryer from hotel. Hair oil, comb, tooth brush, tooth paste and shmapoo etc you have to aarange by your self. If you are from India get your power plug 🔌 as it's different plug here in Germany. You have 2 shopping marts near the location. If you are planning to travel alone and you get bored in silence, it's better to search for an alternative.”

“Superb hotel, very friendly staff, very clean throughout. Large dining room, plenty of space to be separate if you need to. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Food all good quality, dishes replaced regularly. Room was not as big as we expected, but it had a lovely balcony and as the weather was excellent we used it a great deal. Beds were very comfortable, clean and the room was serviced daily. Very quite and relaxing hotel - it has been a really good few days. Car parking was easy and free too.”

“Good value for the price. Enough spacious parking available. Check in can be done in the restaurant or self service. Staff during check in was friendly, process was quick and uncomplicated. There are three vending machines, offering hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks for reasonable prices, however mind that only coins are accepted for payment. There’s also a small well maintained gym. Room was modern and generally well maintained, not sparkling clean but good (8 out of 10). Downs might be that some parts in the bathroom could get replaced or deep cleaned (nothing serious) and missing air conditioning (gets quite hot in the upper floor). A fan was provided though and windows can be fully opened. The blanket could be bigger and 100% cotton sheets would be my personal preference. Overall exceptionally good value for money.”

“Had the family suite with two bedrooms. If you are not afraid of walking up two flight of stairs it is a great place to stay with your children. Tasteful and modern interior, super clean and enough space for 2 grownups and three children to stay for a long weekend (or even longer). The hotel is conveniently located 1 walking minute off the main shopping street in the old and more upscale part of Bielefeld. You have some bars in the vicinity as well. Nice breakfast with attention to detail, very friendly staff and parking close by. What you get for the price of Euro 190 for the family suite and 10 per person for breakfast is a really good deal. When I have to stay in a hotel in Bielefeld next time, I'm coming here again.”

“It was simple disgusting. Luckily we spended only one night there with my housband, but we will never ever come back. We booked the hotelroom in rosengarten and we didn’t know that they will send us to a totally another building, which I think older then the original hotel. The room was really stinky and dirty, whole night long we had to smell the toilet sewer smell. We found crumbs on the table and in the bed!? The carpet was dirty, not vacuumed, there were pieces of paper on the floor. The toilet wasn't cleaned either, someone's bodyhair was left inside. (You can see on the picture) The furnitures are old, not well cared and the bed linen is old, already yellowed. The entire building need a thorough cleaning and renovation. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially at this price!”
