“As a family, we had two rooms over the New Year period. Whilst not massive in size, the room was certainly more than adequate for our comfort and use. The service staff attending the room were really great and supplied much-appreciated fresh coffee pods, which were really amazing. Whilst most of the staff were fantastic, I must make a very special thank you to Nikoleta and Amanda. Both have amazing management and interpersonal skills, I would be very happy to have both work for my company. Needless to say we will be very happy to stay again.”

“A recent trip led me to staying here. While the location was excellent (close to the city center and the Shwedenplatz stop), the customer service was far from it. The front desk staff was quite rude, not wanting to fix our heat/believing it wasn't working properly (we had no heat for two the nights we were there), not wanting to switch rooms to a double when that was the request over a single for two people, to a do not disturb sign being ignored and cleaning staff entering anyways. The room size was adequate but needs updating, though the bathrooms were updated but not spotless as they should be when a new guest arrives. Breakfast was mediocre at best. If you're looking for a place based on customer service look elsewhere, but if you're looking based on location and aren't concerned about decent customer service this could potentially suffice.”

“Good location - really close by to U1 station. Mall is right opposite with a lot of shopping and food options. In 20 minutes we could reach city centre using U1. It was very convenient. Room was comfortable with really good beds. No traffic noise attributed to nice sleep after long day exploring Vienna. Room had adequate amenities as well. Service was okay. Once they missed to restock coffee and once they missed to clean the room. But they were minor issues for us. Would recommend and gladly stay again.”

Even though we had to leave for the station at 6 am, fresh food was already ready and we had a very good breakfast. Localization also wins! We walked around the center of Vienna for almost 6 hours, until midnight, and visited several cathedrals and had a good dinner. It also turned out that the hotel is very close to the station.”
