“We stayed at the Beaumont during Christmas times and the stay was perfect by all means. I loved the arts and interior all over the Hotel. The Hotel is highly recommended for different reasons. One, the location is very unique. Second, the staff are super nice and friendly and what I liked the most is that the concierge go the extra mile to find us restaurants booking in a very high season. Specially Alan who is super helpful and very enthusiastic about his job. Third, the housekeeping takes care of details that is very rare to find, they even put a bookmark when they found a book near to my bed. Most importantly, the vibes of all the people who works there are a very positive and cheerful vibes that leaves you go back home with a big heart and a smile on your face.”

“I stayed in this hotel during the Christmas season. The location is good and the hotel is decent. Unfortunately for me, my room faced a brick wall. It was quite disconcerting as it was difficult to know if it was day or night. I looked forward to stopping into the lobby bar in the evening for snacks and drinks. The bar staff were very nice. FYI – Watch out for your credit card statement. I had charges that I didn’t recognize from the Marylebone and when I inquired, I was told that it was “probably” from an establishment in the area. I submitted a fraud claim to my credit card company, however, I reached out once again to the hotel and asked them to have the charges reviewed by management. I asked if this possibly came from the hotel lobby bar. I await their response and am annoyed that this has required so much energy from me.”

“Love this location. Just near theaters, great food, and Buckingham Palace and the parks, this hotel offers wonderful location for exploring this area of London. The people are amazing, especially Catia whose presence at both our check in and check out was professional and welcoming. The only issue is the size of the room — cramped for 2 people and luggage, but well laid out. I appreciated the mini-kitchen and would certainly have used it had we stayed more than one night. “I came here to meet with friends for lunch. The pub location is very central and less than 10 minutes walk from King's Cross station. As I visited on Sunday the main meal served was Sunday roast with different options for meat. There were also other vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The meal was plentiful and very tasty. The service was outstanding. It has been a while since I had a meal in a place where serving personnel was so attentive, and friendly. It was such a pleasant ambience.”

“I took the Bean to Bar class with Josh. He was fabulous! The class was excellent. Josh is hilarious. There are plenty of hands on experiences and many visuals. Josh and Candy worked really hard and extended excellent hospitality. Everyone in the class had fun and learned a lot. Upstairs, they have really nice staff making coffee, ice cream and hot chocolate. They give everyone Prosecco or something else to drink. You get to see the machines of small batch chocolate making.”

“The hotel has very loud rooms so is not for those who need a quiet environment to sleep in. In addition unfortunately one of the party were in hospital and due to undergo an emergency operation and the hotel refused to let us cancel the room - stating that it was a non refundable rate. I understand that this was the case but found this to be heartless. To add insult to injury the reception staff were offering the room to people checking in stating that “ they probably won’t turn up “ Would never stay here or another hotel in the same group from now on.”

“I love this place. The room was huge by London standards. Everything was clean. We went in winter, so it was very cold, but our room was nice and warm. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice plus. I appreciate the free mini bar. I didn't have to constantly worry about going out to buy bottles of water. It is located right next to a Costa Coffee and in the middle of tons of shops, restaurants and fast food places. Everyday, before we would head up to the room to end our day, we would check out a few of the shops nearby. It was also super easy to get to the tube or busses as there are stops in Piccadilly and at the square. Thank you for a great vacation!”

“Popped by for a New Year’s Day lunch after a walk round Richmond park. V busy but lots of tables outside with heaters or covers so we weren’t fussed.
