“An obvious hidden gem Stayed here on a Saturday night in January when attending an event in Manchester. I got a really warm welcome from the gentleman on reception as soon as I walked in. I had a drink in the bar before heading out and all three of the team I spoke to were friendly, polite and really lovely to speak to. It’s the first time I’ve stayed here but I’ll absolutely be staying here again when I’m in town.”

“The experience at this hotel is a mixed bag. The check-in experience wasn't great, the lady didn't mention breakfast or anything to let me know of the hotel services. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected to have water, I was told that I wasn’t entitled to it. I like the sustainability idea of a wooden key fob. Breakfast had a very long queue, Diane 1 was very helpful, the robot Diane 2 was hilarious Not much of an option at breakfast”

“Perfect location for what we needed. Close enough to the center of Manchester that you can walk, also buses available if you prefer. Tesco nearby if you need snacks and breakfast was complimentary, and was a decent buffet. Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. We found it to be quiet on Saturday night and slept well, though we only stayed one night. Only improvement that could be made is to provide charge points next to the beds. That said we had plenty of sockets, just on the other side of the room, and we managed just fine.”

“For the price, I think this a very good budget option for a trip to Manchester. 2 bus stops are located outside the hotel (one in both directions) which meant getting into the city centre was very convenient. The only drawback for our stay was the beds were extremely firm, but this is a personal choice to have a softer mattress. Overall though, enjoyed our stay here.”

“Great parking area so no issues with trying to find a space with my 3 night stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent bar area with some outside seating. Quiet room, i didn't hear a thing from the other guests or anything from the corridor at all during my stay. The room itself was clean, but it did smell slightly of damp and unfortunately the room finish was more then a little untidy which did let the room down somewhat. All in all, it was a fair price for the stay and i would consider staying again if i was travelling alone.”

“Couldn't recommend enough. The location is brilliant for a Manchester tourist. Right in the centre (we were there for the football). And limitless food and drink around. The place it self is well designed and clean. Staff is also what you pay for. All who I met over four days were nice. Patryck dealt with us. He is a great face for the business. By the end of the day businesses are people plus buildings. Professional, nice and great energy. I never met the fellow before but if I was his boss I would be proud. His family too. And that is a wonderful impression to leave a customer with. Bless”
