Due to my husband's illness, we had to wait for this special occasion, but it was well worth it. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food served at this venue was not just delicious; it was truly exceptional. Every bite was a culinary delight, and we savoured every moment of the meal. What truly made our visit memorable, though, was the staff. They were not only friendly but incredibly obliging as well. They went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our time there. This gift was a true blessing during a challenging period, and it turned out to be a stay filled with beauty, great food, and the warmth of the staff. “Amazing Spa' Afternoon Tea experience at Bailiffscourt hotel. So well looked after by Joe Carter the Spa Manager and hotel team. If you haven't already been to Bailiffscourt hotel and spa, it is a must! The spa is a peaceful haven on the Sussex coast with indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub as well as excellent therapists. The afternoon tea was really special, having experienced afternoon tea at the Ritz, we can say this is comparable and the added warm medieval surroundings are a standout experience. “A nice hotel in a lovely village. Building has plenty of character and the room was a good size with all facilities working. Lots of twisty stairs, not sure if theres a lift so if disabled worth checking. Everything was clean. The only issue we had was my partner's avocado on toast in the morning was coloured brown in places so clearly the avocado was not fresh. Hence the 4 star rather than 5.”

“My Husband and I stayed at the Burlington Hotel for our wedding night in the honeymoon suite! The hotel were absolutely 1st class. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! When we can back from our wedding, laden with all of wedding presents, the receptionist kindly took good care of them and took them to our room for us. We were greeted with our room beautifully decorated with rose petals the towels made into swans! The lead up to booking our nights at The Burlington were a dream! We corresponded with Rachel, who reassured me that everything was in hand, and helped me arrange enough food the bridal party while were getting ready. I cannot speak about her highly enough.
