“The staff was very good and polite, but quite a few issues here. No AC from 6.30 pm - 9.30 pm, it got very hot in the tent as alibaug is hot and humid. You have to place your order before 7 pm, and the breakfast options could have been more. There are better breakfast options available in cheaper hotels. All the meals come from their cafe, and are very good. The instant tea in the tent wasn't good at all. Overall not worth the high price at all. I would recommend a smaller accommodation near the beaches than here.”

“Hide out farm is a bliss , if you want a quieter, serene place close to nature and stay away from hustle bustle of city life on weekends . This place is must to do with kids specially. My daughter has loved the ambience and vibes of the place . She was thrilled to encounter duck right outside her cottage . This is pure organic place where I could see and every piece for interior is been handpicked by owners .Food was prepared from vegetables ,spices produced in their farm so it was fresh and appetising , I felt like I was staying in my own farm . Cottages were so beautiful and earthy and close to nature . Must mention hygiene was given utmost importance there . Hand wash was also home made . Windows not having glasses or doors gave me feeling of sleeping in open air . There were no mosquitoes that was also taken care of very well in spite of being in midst of jungle . Owners makes you feel So comfortable and they have so positive aura that you can sit and talk to them for hours . I would like to visit the place again with Kids very soon .”

We, group of collogues from Mumbai visited this place by searching it on Google and Booked for 16 members, but last moment we end up on location 14 heads only… But property owner FORCEFULLY made us pay for 16 heads and gave us food and service for 14 heads only. WE FEEL CHEATED ! Since this Property is remotely located so no any supplied you will find nearby and you’ll have to pay extra hefty charges for even Drinking water or any other meal if you order. So BEWARE ! 1. While Booking the property owner will fake promise you many more facilities such as multiple variety of food, multiple times a day and by showing nice pictures of his property. You will end up Booking the property and get TRAPPED. 2. Once you enter the Property Location, Owner will ENFORCE you to pay full amount cash immediately and you will be left with no choice but pay the amount. As soon as he takes the full amount, he will never return and not even answer your calls. You will be having only one care taker at the property, and if you demand any service from him, He will demand EXTRA cash money for every service he provide. Such as we asked him to just oil fry the French fries we bought for our evening snack. Care taker demanded Rs.500/- cash Just to oil fry them. 3. You will not get food which the offered you while booking. Food is in Limited quantity only. While booking they promise you unlimited food but actually you will find not enough food as per you apatite. Dinner we got served 3 items only Bhaakri, chicken curry and jeera rice. NO SALAD, NO DAAL, NO PICKLES, NO ANY SIDINGS. For lunch they offer WORST BIRYANI you’ll ever have (In the name of Biryani you will get only dry colored rice without gravy forget about the chicken pieces) Deserts You will get ONE Gulab Jamum per person only…. Its Pathetic. YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TREATED AS BAGGERS WHILE EATING LIMITED FOOD ! Morning Tea is limited and breakfast Poha was also not sufficient for 14 people in fact we paid for 16 people. 4. CARE TAKER IS ALWAYS MISSING PERSON IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. HE WILL DEMAND EXTRA CASH FOR EVERY SERVICE YOU NEED. 5. If by any chance you contact owner to complain. He will THREATEN you to VACATE THE PLACE.”

“Infront of Mermaid Resort on the Beach it s a disgustingly amount of Garbage and empty (Alcohol)Bottles laying around everywhere. Obviously this Beachhotel/Resort do not care about Guests. Once a Week Somebody collecting Garbage for 30 Minutes would be enough to keep it quite clean but this is a Shame for the Beach and the Resort 👎”
