“The location was very nice, next to the main market. It's a small property, but it was very clean. All though I would say it's not a kid-friendly hotel, there is nothing for kids to do. There were not many facilities. The service was awesome, and the staff there were extremely kind. Rooms are spacious and the ambience of the hotel is very good. They had a fireplace as well as an adorable dog, we can play with. They have limited food options.”

On our day one, when I asked them to suggest places to eat out, they suggested an authentic place and we loved it. At the time of early checkout they even packed sandwiches for us. “Location is great, close to Mall road, DJ railway station & taxi services but the staff were rude/ignorant except the Manager (calm& polite). Kitchen timing strictly 8 to 8 even when we asked for water at 7 in the morning. Cleanliness also not maintained. Rooms were small with constant noises of drainage system.”

“Rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and smell fresh. The pink hot chocolate is to DIE for. The staff is very sweet and caring. Mr. Satyen is the most charming host ever. Also it is very close to Mall perhaps 3 minutes so even location-wise it's bang on. Every time i go to Darjeeling I'm staying ONLY here!”
