“Stayed here over the Xmas holidays. It's a basic hotel with good service from the front desk. If you get a room here ask to stay in the newer section of the hotel. When you get here what you'll notice is that the hotel has been renovated and they added a newer section to what was the original Hotel. The original rooms are okay but the hallways really strongly smell of smoke and weed. We stayed in the older section for a day but the smell got so overwhelming we asked to move and the front desk didn't give us a hard time at all about moving. Once we change rooms the stay got 100% better. Edit: Adding this part in response to the reply from the hotel. The fact that we did tell the front desk about the smell of smoke and that the front desk gave us new rooms should make it clear that we did tell the hotel about the smell of smoke. In fact the front desk instantly knew what we were talking about and made a different excuse about it than what the owner wrote in their reply. I took off a star because instead of just heqring what I said and keeping it moving you tried to shift blame to us by saying we didn't tell you when we did say exactly why we were changing rooms. The fact that all of your responses to anyone that has an issue is "find someplace else to stay" shows that customer service is not top of mind for your establishment. With that being said while the place is inexpensive make sure you keep in mind the reaction of the ownership on here. If they react like this to a review imagine how they may treat you if it involves any kind of refund.”

“From booking to checking in 5 stars. Front desk staff is very approachable, friendly and courteous. My wife and I decided on a mini staycation and the location is definitely worth it. We had an upgraded room to a water view. Which was beautiful watching the sunrise and set. Breakfast is basic but good and fresh. You’re greeted with smiles and good mornings off the elevator. Rooms are clean and Secure. Looking for a room when visiting? I highly recommend!”

“I want to start this by saying our stay was 3 weeks and the staff were great, especially the day shift front desk and the kitchen staff. Our first night was bad. Someone pounded on our door trying to get in. I called the front desk and got no answer, so I called the police. They responded and could not find the find the person. I suspected the person next door who was loud and upset. After a few days of rude noises and yelling, we asked to move and the front desk was very helpful and moved us. Every weekday morning for the rest of our stay, the lady in the kitchen was very nice and the food was good. Overall, the owner needs to put some money back into this place. The laundry was down the entire time we were there and the rooms were showing their wear. The guests behavior is not the fault of the hotel, but in general, some of the guests were rude and entitled.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed my birthday weekend at Wellspring Manor & Spa. The chocolate covered strawberries, mini cake, and champagne were waiting for us in our room. We loved our intimate breakfast. We enjoyed the event held there too. The guest was the wonderful Johnny Britt. He is an amazing muscian! I recommend listening to his music. Most of all, the stay was relaxing, inviting, great massage, and the artwork there is amazing!”

“We loved our stay here! There's plenty of room in our suite. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, glasses, etc. I have one very minor complaint. The drain in the tub didn't work. You had to stand in water while you took your shower. We liked everything else. Staff was very accommadating.”
