Staff will take stuff if you leave it in the room, so be aware. Milan in general is expensive, so I understand staying here. It's clean and desk staff speak English. The place has some lovely Vietnamese details that do not go unnoticed, such as the lovely tableware including the terracotta coccio. I personally love restaurants that used to be houses, so that was a nice surprise.”

“This is right on the canal at the center of Navigli nightlife. The local restaurants and bars are very noisy even during the week until about 12:00 midnight. Wednesdays they pick up trash and recycling, starting with glass (the noisiest) at 6:30. If your priority is sleep, don't take a canal view room. The breakfast was excellent, everything anyone would want. Even the fresh fruit, although not cut up, was perfectly ripe. Service was excellent, friendly. The bed was comfortable, nice sheets, the shower was excellent, the decoration was a bit lacking (grey painted desk and night stands, glaring lights). I found the room too warm at night and couldn't find a way to adjust that with the thermostat but I never asked the front desk, I just opened the window (until 6:30). There was no secondary lock on the door so I placed some heavy shoes such that they would make a noise if the door was opened.”
