“Absolutely loved it. Phenomenal service and atmosphere. The food and drinks are amazing. I had the Wednigo burger and it was cooked to perfection and came with half a dinner plate of fries. Not skimping on portions. The cocktails are fun and exciting. Definitely recommend setting up a reservation for the fall season as they are packed during this time.”

“Proper grub at this spot. Great food that feels very authentic. I would recommend the bangers and mash or the shepherds pie. Grab a pint while you’re there! I like their blood orange cider. As for atmosphere this place feels like a classic pub in every way. Come on down for a traditional pub experience without the tourist price. The service has been quick and kind. No complaints here!”

“Fresh hops beer are one of the best. All other beers that I tasted were excellent. Very spacious and open seating with social distancing. You can bring your own food and enjoy with a sip of beer and friends. Food trucks around. They have 20 oz beers for $6. Some of the DIPA are 12 oz and $6. Most reasonable pricing in PNW.”

“Good vibes on a karaoke night. Place was festive with the decorations. Fish tacos have great flavor with a nice crisp. The salsa has good spice and flavor. Burger wasn't rare enough for her, but she did like the flavor. Fries are decent. Chicken Wings were good”

“We stopped by the electric lettuce dispensary on Broadway to pick up some edibles. We asked the bud tender there if they knew any cool bars nearby that we could check out. We were looking to have a few drinks since it was our friends last night in town. They recommended the Vern with high praise. So we figured we would go check it out since it was in a different part of town than we were used to. I'm so happy they recommended this place, because it was so cool. A very authentic experience with great drinks and excellent service. We will definitely be back.”

“It was a Monday night and busier than we expected. The drinks were good- the patio area lovely. Meant to get a pic of the patio to post but it was too busy. Nice place to sit and enjoy a whiskey with friends.”

“I was enjoying my Valentines Day by myself, the situation become slightly weird & I became uncomfortable & went outside to vape & talk with my sister. A group of women thought I was maybe being loud or didn't like the conversation? They made fun of me and said I was annoying. I tried to not bother anyone or instigate any drama & felt extremely bad and embarrassed about the situation. I ignored that group & tried my best to move on. The bartender got the "vibe" so to speak and was understanding enough and vigilant enough to know my private situation. He treated my very respectfully and well throughout the night. I don't want drama or confrontation & he made sure that I felt safe and comfortable. I won't go into details, but he MADE SURE I was taken care of & safe given what happened. One of the most understanding and respectful bartenders I've experienced in a while. (Bryce?) is very cool as well. After I went home and thought about all the interactions that I experienced, I cannot give enough respect and admiration for this bartender. I will be coming back in the future because of the "vibe" so to speak & the human kindness I was shown given my private situation. 10/10 Will come again.”
