“Visited fairy falls, great place to visit parking is free which is brillent, there's 2 waterfalls in total and there beutifull. Trail is really good a few spots there muddy and quite rocky buy perfectly easy if your able to walk to morrisons you can walk here! Great views and well worth it,”

“Do your homework before you come. I just drive expecting to work it out when I got there. What I didn't realise is there are 3 different centres. You need to work out which centre you need to go to for the riding you want to do. Anyway once I worked that out I had an amazing time. There are so many miles of trails you can easier spend a weekend exploring rather than a day. Worth a visit. Lastly the locals are so friendly and helpful. Enjoy....”

Just over the road from the start of the trail. Couldn't fault it at all. Had a 4yr old on a tag along on my bike and it's a smooth ride without any hills or tough sections.”

“It is difficult to find entrance using Sat nav. Payment was by cash only! No cafe ( hence 4 and not 5 stars) The grounds were beautiful, a particularly beautiful orangery. The groundsman and the lady working with the plants on site should be commended for exemplary care and dedication. Both incredibly knowledgeable.”

“So much goes on here on a Sunday morning, as all ages play a variety of competitive games. Training sessions are attended and in season the ski slope is open. Dog walkers and their pets meet and enjoy the weather. It is a great outdoor space just to amble around and enjoy the views and fresh air. Parking is not a big concern as there are three nearby free parking areas. There are public toilets and a snack shack.”

I took my bike to Cloud 9 for a check up having gear changing issues, they looked over the bike and started working on it straight away explaining the derailleur hanger being bent and made the perfect adjustments. “I travelled 70 miles to visit the store and it was well worth the time and effort, the store was very well stocked and we received a very warm welcome. I was looking at upgrading one of my bikes and I received really helpful, unbiased advice. After test riding several bikes I decided on a Specialized Tarmac and the price at Certini was excellent. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way and I have no doubt the after sales experience will be just as good. Five stars to the whole team!”

“I bought my spin bike last February, and fell in love pretty quickly! Unfortunately, the computer supplied stopped working and after a couple of battery changes, it gave up completely. I contacted customer services to see what advice they could give - and it is possibly the BEST customer service I have ever had! There was no quibble, no challenge - I was treated as a grown up, and respectfully engaged with. JTX offered me a replacement computer, to my absolute joy - I have been a bit lost without my stats to motivate and drive improvement. Unfortunately, the new computers were out of stock but Jake promised one as soon as possible. I emailed a couple of times, as I'm impatient and worried they might have forgotten me (!) But they were as always engaging and professional - and good to their word. I got my new computer today, by courier, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks JTX, and everyone in customer services who had a part to play. 5 stars, without doubt. Sam Q”
