The more I learn about the brand and the products the easier it is for me to see the benefits of them over direct to consumer brands. That 30 day love it or we will take it back is amazing! The hospitality in store is top notch. Trek and their brands have always been top tier go to recommendations from me.”

“We rented 3 single speed beach cruisers for our 5 day trip to AMI. Baskets, locks and helmets provided upon request. The best part is that they drop them off at your rental property the day you arrive and then you just lock them up when you depart and they pick them up. How hassle free and convenient is that. They had the lowest prices and Amanda was very helpful with the reservations. I would definitely recommend.”

“I was desperate and hoped the good reviews were correct and the bad ones were wrong- but boy am I sorry. Renting from this company ruined our daughters 1st time ever at Disney- we only had one day in the park and the scooter died on me in line for our very first ride. The battery was dead. I called the office and they were of no assistance and the lady basically said=the only thing they could do is deliver a new one to my hotel. I explained I was out in a park and could not even get it back to the entrance because it was dead. In essence they have no way to provide service to you if you are in a park and have a problem. We spent our whole day chasing down places to plug in just to get enough charge to get it back to the gate. It was a horrible experience and will never rent from them again. Lady tried to blame me for the dead battery and I had to remind her I had only just picked up the scooter and shouldn't it be fully charged when delivered? She finally agreed it should have been charged. Once I got it back to the hotel and charged it was fine but too late- our whole day was ruined. I highly recommend renting directly from Disney parks or using a Disney approved rental like Scooterbug where they can come out and fix any issues. Very very disappointed. No refund offered or anything.”

“A nice clean neighborhood park for families. It has a playground, large pavilion, tennis courts, and bathrooms. There is a paved trail for bikes, rollerblades, or walking around the perimeter. Plus a large open area in the center could be used for other activities.”
