“We hired e-bikes from Garrett at Zion E-bikes who was super friendly and helpful and suggested an itinerary which was fabulous. The bikes were great. Super comfy, reasonably priced and reliable with no problems. Helmets and baskets were included. We watched a good video presentation of the do’s and dont’s on the bike and in the park and then we were on our way. Thanks Garrett loved our day cycling in Zion.”

“Excellent service. Rented a bike for 7 days, after heavy use for 3 days, we asked if they could check the bikes. No stress, "we'll take care of it." Got back bikes that were fully serviced. One of the bikes even got new tires, no extra cost. Attention to detail, like returning my own pedals in a small ziplock bag to avoid mess in my luggage. Great atmosphere and excellent service.”

“Google says this shop is open on Saturdays from 11-4. I drove over there a few hours ago when they should have been open and they were closed. I was a little bummed but it’s all good, stuff like that is part of life, no biggie. So I left and went home. A few hours later I drove back over there and again, they were closed. There is a sign on the door that has there hours. For Saturdays it says: “Saturday: 11am - 4pm (unless we’re not here)” I’m not really sure what that’s supposed to mean. Does that mean that on Saturdays they might be open or they might not be?! Just depends on whether someone is there or not? I’ve just never seen a business basically say they are open if someone is around, otherwise they aren’t. When google and other apps show they are open from 11am to 4pm on Saturdays. I’m just not really sure what to think of that. So yeah, I dunno. I have heard this is a great bike shop and that the owner is really cool. But it’s not very cool for potential customers to drive over there expecting it to be open and it’s not. 🤷🏽”

“Really small center for a real amazing part of the park. The staff and rangers were great. Super helpful, knowledgeable and polite. It gets the job done but they should move some of the money from Zion of this way. Amazing vistas and beautiful hikes. Part of the scenic route, about the last two miles got washed out last year and hasn’t been repaired yet. You are able to park and hike on the road the last bit if you like, which we did and it was great.”
