The more I learn about the brand and the products the easier it is for me to see the benefits of them over direct to consumer brands. That 30 day love it or we will take it back is amazing! “Brought my bike to get serviced here. They didn’t know my wheels were tubeless so they charged me for new rim tape (I had perfect rim tape…) and for new sealant. I recently took off my tires and found NO SEALANT in one of the wheels along with 2 different rim tapes in each wheel, hmm. Glad I didn’t get a puncture out riding!”
