“A lovely place to hire a boat and spend 40 mins to an hour going around a lovely oval shaped lake. Friendly staff. Note they only take cash. On the day we went it was €14 for the two of us to hire one boat with a €20 deposit. We had a great time.”

“Swam here last week with my Mum. Looked lovely. Clean toilets but alas seemed some people had used the lake. During my one length I saw 4 brown floating lumps. Hoped my eyes deceived me but my Mum saw the same and got out immediately. We were both unwell for the next 2 days. I don't think it was a coincidence. I appreciate no-one else has reported similar in other reviews”
