Frisco Bay Marina
4.6
( 16 reviews )

267 Marina Rd, Frisco, CO 80424, United States

“the Frisco Bay Marina offers a nice little beach to soak up the sun and the beautiful views. It's located on the opposite side of main Street in Frisco. They have parking which seems plenty during the shoulder season, but can be busy during the summer months. There are clean bathrooms and kayak/SUP rentals. If the winds are not too strong, it is the perfect place to paddleboard. The views once farther into the lake are amazing. I love paddleboarding here. Totally worth a visit. FYI there is no swimming allowed and the water is on the colder side, so don't fall in!”

1800 11 8/10 Rd, Loma, CO 81524, United States

“Great place for camping, fishing, boating, swimming, biking, hiking, and picnics. When we went, they had just treated the lake, so you couldn't fish, swim, boat, or let your dogs near the water. We did enjoy hiking the perimeter of the lake, and there are several other connecting trails in the area for hiking and biking. There's a great playground equipment set for the kids and a nice campground. There's something for everyone here!”

461 Co Rd 26, Longmont, CO 80504, United States

“Hands-down, one of the most beautiful places in the greater Front Range area. The off-leash dog beach is incredible! $10 for the whole day, which is a great deal. The views are stunning from every angle - the mountains, the lake, green space. Very well-maintained and plenty of parking, at least on the weekdays. I hear that the weekends get crazy-crowded, but I still think it's worth it. Enjoy!”

30703 County Road 24, Hasty, CO 81044, United States

“Awesome place for camping and fishing. Choose between camping in a treeless campsite or a green-grass with electricity. Fishing is good here too. Lots of species to try and catch. Refer to the website for bait and those kind of info. Sunrise and sunset looks great from the dam.”

“Definitely a great place to go!! Didn't know it closed at 5pm so that was a bummer, but I got 3 rainbow trout so I was happy!! I bought a parks pass with my vehicle registration and there was a maintenance youngster there who said he didn't think that covered the pass because it was a state park. Little windy at times but it is October. Took a hoodie off and on a few times. Awesome day!! Pink and silver spinner was my luck. Green glow live worms not a bite.. I caught and released so hopefully they get bigger!!”
