Hudson Springs Park
4.8
( 8 reviews )

7095 Stow Rd, Hudson, OH 44236, United States

“This park is the bomb dot com. Playground has everything. Walking path has awesome views and is a great length. Sled hills gradually get steeper as you go south with something for everyone. So lucky to have this park so close.”

Zaleski State Forest
4.7
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 11:00 PM

OH-278, Zaleski, OH 45698, United States

“Good hiking spot. Campgrounds are well maintained & have outhouses & water available. West & North loops have a decent bit of bush whacking & could use some maintenance. Southern loop is the most scenic, recommend this most of all.”

Catawba Island State Park
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Open until 11:00 PM

4049 E Moores Dock Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452, United States

“It's a nice breezy spot on a harsh summer day. Mostly just a boat dock and a shelter with picnic tables. Couple interesting rocks to be found if that's your life's leisure space. Lots of dead fish. (Not sure what that says about fish quality or the water health of Lake Erie.) Of all the times and years I spent walking the California coastline, didn't see so many dead fish in one spot.”

Madison Township Park
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 08:30 PM

2065 Hubbard Rd, Madison, OH 44057, United States

“My kids love this park. It has two little inlets for the children to play in. Behind the inlets are some rocks to climb on. They have an area with a little pier and a place where you can put your boat in the water. Right next door is that huge mansion place so there's great views for photos.”

Kiser Lake State Park
4.4
( 8 reviews )

4889 OH-235, Conover, OH 45317, United States

“This is a nice state park, and they have clearly put some money into making it such. One thing that is really going for it is there are large signs for trail heads that are easily seen while driving on the main road, which is definitely not something you get at other Ohio state parks. There is a playground, a basketball court, lots of restrooms, and lots of campgrounds. There is a marina and a camp store that open/closed seasonally. They are also currently doing construction, so they are continuing to improve this already very nice recreational area. The trails here are great, I'd come back to this one.”

Genoa Park
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Open until 11:00 PM

303 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215, United States

“Beautiful park along the river. We went to the Fiery Foods Festival and really enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to biking down there in the future. Lots of places to have a picnic if you don't mind sitting on the grass. Lots of large shade trees and there are a few benches.”

Loudonville Canoe Livery
4.3
( 8 reviews )

424 W Main St, Loudonville, OH 44842, United States

“This was our second visit, the first over 3 years ago. This time we brought our 3 children, 8-12yo, and we all had a great time. Good price & quick service getting us back to our cars after the trip.”
