“I had a new Ibis 4 fitted to our Jayco Sterling 2008 pop top. The after sales service from them was brilliant. When there was a minor issue with the fan it was fixed the next day without issue and since we had the air conditioner installed it has been a game changer with the ambient temperature inside the van. “BEYOND HAPPY with my experience! Yes it could 6 months for my car to be fixed but that is down to parts supply from Germany! All the staff I spoke to on the phone, Jodie, Megan and the rest are super lovely! I would have called at least 100 times over the 6 month period but they were always happy to follow up and provide answers and info about the various stages my car was at. They gave me lots of help after hours when the car was first delivered to me and they really want above and beyond for me. Thankyou to all the people that worked on my car, she is my pride and joy and im glad to have her back looking better than when I first got her.”

“I had a P plater reverse his Hilux into the back of my car when I was parked at a servo. & my insurance company use Sommerville & I can honestly say. They handled everything smoothly. The ladies on the desk were so kind & polite. Very informative, they organised my hire car from hertz. Such a pleasure to deal with. They had my car for two days & called me when it was ready to collect. I now have a nice new bumper & tail lights. & I am so very great full that they washed & vacuumed my car, that was totally unexpected & greatly appreciated. (Due to a double back injury I haven’t been able to wash it myself) so thank you 🙏 If I ever need to get anything done to my car in the future. I will be calling the team here at Carrara.
