Gold Coast is truly a unique organization! Their communications and updates were precise and consistent throughout the repair process. They negotiated well with the insurance company on my behalf, and the neighbor Enterprise location gave me a free upgrade on a rental car based on their business with Gold Coast: very valuable and convenient (for pickup and return of the rental cars). My car was repaired with great excellence, it was computer-tested after repairs to make sure that all systems work per the manufacturer’s standards, at it was pristinely detailed before delivery. Not even at premium dealerships have I seen such quality, excellent customer service and just pleasant people to deal with. Keep up your excellent work!”

“Seth and the whole team at Destin Auto in Princeton are amazing! I have been taking my vehicles there for several years now and they have always given top notch service! I now have two teenagers that drive and they also take their vehicles there. I’d like to highlight two examples where Seth has been honest to a fault and always made me feel like he was doing everything he could so make sure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need to be paying. My car was having transmission issues. Being that Destin isn’t a transmission repair shop Seth wasn’t positive exactly that the transmission needed to be replaced but confident enough to recommend me going ahead and taking my car to a transmission shop do that I didn’t have to pay them to check it and replace something and then find out that it was intact my transmission! In the end it was my transmission and I was grateful that he was so honest when he could have checked my car, tried to replace something, charged me for it and then I would have had to replace my transmission anyway! Second event has been my daughters car we just purchased this year! It’s am older VW and has had issues since we bought it. It needed to pass inspection and it was proving to be very difficult to pass inspection before the check engine light would come back on for then to have to start the process all over again! Seth and team did not give up! They kept trying and trying and finally figure out what was wrong, passed the Inspection and didn’t even end up charging me for all the work they did on it. Anytime I need something done with any of my families cars I don’t even think twice about where to take it!”

“I got my BMW X1 rear bumper fixed because somebody hit it, When I picked it up, the part that they fix looks good but, I noticed that my left passenger door paint had cracked and could be peeled off. I asked the associate what's going on, and they insist that it's been there. They said the previous auto body shop did a poor job, and it wasn't related to the caliber collision. It was snowing when my car was being repaired. Maybe whoever cleaned the snow didn't clean it carefully. Or maybe something else happened. I am the owner of my car, and I know its condition. I'm very sure it wasn't there when I dropped it off. But no respond from them. I'm so upset and didn't expect to get a new problem after another. I hope that caliber collisions fix this problem since that happened in their place while my car was being repaired. But they refuse to fix it or give any solutions”

“(sharing me stealership experience) after speaking with this dealership about purchasing a hard to find vehicle Elantra N, placing a 500$ deposit on the car, them going back on the deal after agreeing with me, then sending me 2 different price sheets with the price of the car being different on each one after telling me they would remove uneeded add ons, they cancelled the deal and said they would over night me a 500$ check. 3 days went by and no check. I had to call multiple times and finally spoke to someone that was actually helpful and not rude in accounting and she overnighted me the check. On top of that they charge 5k in markups and say they don't do markups. Horrible experience, rude sales and finance. Do not buy from this stealership”
