I was recommended by Thomas and Eric to have my car repaired at The Polishing pad. This is where I met the gem of the company-Shane. Shane and his family, at the auto repair shop put all my worries to rest. From the moment I brought my car in, they were incredibly professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and give me a clear understanding of the damages and the repairs needed. Throughout the entire process, Shane kept me updated on the status of the repairs and provided me with timely progress reports. Shane was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the repairs. When I finally got my car back, I was amazed at how great it looked. The repairs were done to perfection, and my car looked like it was brand new. Eric, thomas, and the team had done an exceptional job, and I couldn't be happier with the work they had done. But had not called Thursday night or Friday morning to let me know. Cost me a few hours at work Friday running around to get truck picked up.”

“Sloppy work, perform loads of unnecessary work, and are SLOW! I took my very minor Tesla repair job to them because they were highly recommended, tesla authorized, and Allstate listed them as a partner shop. They took 5 weeks, replaced many parts that did not need replacing and charged $15,000 for a minor repair job. Adding insult to injury, they damaged my mudflaps, ripped out my Weather stripping, and didn’t glue it back into place, causing a lot of wind noise, cut and incorrectly, reinstalled my wheel wells, scratched my paint in other areas, and charged my insurance company a exorbitant amount. I am attaching a picture of the original damage so you can see for yourself and then photographs of all the damages they did after the repair. Not only did they take five weeks for a job that they promised me would take two weeks, but the blending of the paint on the door is so obvious and looks terrible. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and also my insurance company for fraud. The manager, Jeff, was very confrontational with me over the phone, and made up excuse after excuse blaming me for being unreasonable when I demanded my car back after five weeks. He actually said I should consider myself lucky that it was only taking five weeks instead of six months. Then i he went on to tell me that they are not affiliated with Allstate insurance company even though the only reason I brought my vehicle to them in the first place is because they are listed as a partner shop, and their work would be guaranteed for life of the car. However, they screwed up my vehicle so badly I would never bring anything back to them again. If you ever get a dent in your Tesla, do not bring it to this place. Find any place else that knows how to fix aluminum parts and let them do it. They will do a far better job and not break everything the way these people did.”

“Had an unfortunate and very stressful experience where my rims and tires were stolen off my brand new Acura in NYC. As I was standing there trying to figure out what to do, a gentlemen recommended me to Anthony, the owner of Pro Shop Auto Body and it was probably the best thing to happen to me on that very stressful, overwhelming day. Anthony is the best of the best. Friendly, professional, EXTREMELY responsive and overall one of the best people to work with. He was realistic with his time frame and considering the current issue with back order on car parts due to the pandemic, my car was returned to me at the time table he projected. Car issues are never fun or easy to deal with but his shop and team were fantastic. Shout out to Neil and hector, who came out to get the wheel-less car for me and took it to the shop without a scratch, Andrea who set up the repairs with my insurance and was a delight, and my man Max who was such a nice guy and there when everything was complete. He gave me a rundown of the repairs and handed me the keys. They even detailed the car from top to bottom, inside and out, to the point it looked better than when I drove off the dealership with it. I usually don’t write reviews, but the quality of work deserved just that. A sparkling review for a gem of an auto shop. Highly recommend and 10/10. Thank you Anthony for your outstanding customer service and treating me like family and I’ll be coming here and referring everyone I know to Pro Shop.”

“This specific Crash Champions shop did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. They got parts ordered immediately and fixed up the car in just 2 days after getting all parts. I was moving out of state and let them know I need it done quick and they did it exactly by the date I requested, complete professionals! Highly recommend this repair shop! Another note, I did originally get my car towed through Crash Champions, but that goes through the Crash Champions corporate chain stuff and not directly through the shop. They took too long to get a tow so I got AAA to tow it for me within a couple hours of calling. Don't get a tow from Crash Champions, but this West Henrietta shop did a great job with repairs so seek outside towing to here.”

“Not a place I would recommend for getting your vehicle worked on. What was supposed to be 2-3 hours of work ended up being 6 hours of work. I wasn’t the only one waiting too long, a few people waited over 3 hours for their oil change. I was charged full price, with no apologies. Only 1 mechanic was working on my vehicle because someone called into work. I was told he was pissed off & didn’t get a break all day. Made me feel bad for coming honestly. & then not even 1,000 miles later my new tires needed realigned again! The back were caving in. They couldn’t help us in any way. We took our vehicle elsewhere in town to Emlaws. Cheeper, better, faster service!”
