“Wonderful store, with a very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Here's a small anecdote to prove their commitment and service to their clients : I wanted to buy a small wand display case, but it was not available in this store. The official merchandise website doesn't deliver to my hometown in India as well. I came to Paris for Tour and my return flight was in a couple of days, and with no idea of when I'd come back to Paris I was a bit disappointed that I wouldn't be able to buy that particular wand case. Then came the savior, M. Sébastien. He called up the Bercy branch, reserved the last display piece for me, and I was able to buy it and take back home. If the management is reading this review, I want to say that you've a Genuinely helpful and committed staff, Mr Sébastien. Now this wand case and with the wands from Paris, France, are in my room in Pondicherry, India.”
