“I've been shopping at Carlton's since I started playing in middle school, I have gone back and purchased possibly a dozen instruments from them for my children. They simply take care of you and make you feel like the only person in the room. We just picked up a baritone for my son today and it was as painless as spending money as it can be. Their rental program is amazing especially for kids. their repair policies make renting an instrument from them stress free. their repair department is the best (if not only) in the region and they support our local school musicians with school dropoffs and pick ups of supplies and instruments and repairs. they do so much more, but this review would be so long. thank you Carlton's for making school music instruments easy.”

“I left my credit card at the store almost 2 months ago by accident (or dropped it in the parking lot or going out the store....?). I thought it was lost in my house because there was no suspicious activity on the account during that time. I stopped by the store, the last place I had a point of sale charge, just to say I had checked. They had my card safely stashed in their cash register the whole time, and they returned it once I showed my ID. “Purchased a few letters for an engagement photoshoot SundayJuly 3rd. Returned them July 6th. The cashier who did the return was very dry (no enthusiasm). Didn't make conversation. On the other hand the cashier or staff from Sunday evening were very helpful. A lady helped in the wedding section and the cashier made conversation about a Starbucks drink. They also understood when I took a while to choose the items. They didn't get upset because they were about to close. I appreciated that because I own a business and sometimes my clients can be indecisive.”
