“I hate doing this, but I took my over 20 year old guitar for a set up. At first I was ecstatic, then noticed the fretboard was no longer shiny, and the bottom part was rolled, and the nut was not corrected after they input a new one. I will definitely think twice when I take my guitar for a set up. I'm just glad I didn't take my 20 year gibson guitar. I would have been more pissed off than I am about my Samik guitar. Now I gotta stare at a dull gloss finish on my fret board, and I thought it was dirty. I was wrong. If I could go back in time. I defintily wouldn't take it to Melhart.. my poor baby Samik ruined. 😭”

It’s obvious he was racially profiling us because we were not white. Shocker. We only come here to buy the merch because it’s convenient. Maybe if you’re going to follow people don’t make it so obvious and stand by us every corner of the store we went to.”
