“Cashier named GREG, was extremely rude. Waited for 5 min to pay for my items as he kept chit chatting with the customer paying for her items Asked if there is another cashier available. After he called for one he talked under his lips and whispered under his breath this not a grocery store to the person in front of him. Would never suggest to go here where the cashiers want to talk under there lips Horrible first experience, wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here.”

“I've never shopped at game stop or bought a steam gift card but my brother in law wanted one for Christmas. I ask for a $25 dollar gift card and the clerk says "we only do 20 or 50 and it shows on your receipt." So I say ok $20 and she hands me the machine and I pay with debit. After I pay she hands me the receipt and that's the gift card. Surely someone who shops there all the time could have read into what she meant by "it shows on your receipt" but I asked for a gift card and only got a reciept for digital credit. A reciept doesn't make for a good Christmas present. This is 2 days before Christmas. I went back, explained and she said they were out of physical gift cards. I asked for a refund; she dug her heels in and said no. I doubt it's the first time she's done this..I felt she knew what she was doing there and just wanted a sale. That's scummy.”

“I went to get my guitar fixed for E-string and my guitar nut needed to be replaced and the person working there, i asked him how much it will charge for the guitar nut to be replaced and he advised that it will cost me 150$ as including the services. The guitar nut if you look on amazon costs only 12-20$ and even you add services it shouldnt cross 100$ but people who arent aware shouldnt get misguided. I know you have specialised team that works there but customers are not fools either. I had to fix my guitar by myself ordering everything online n fixing it. Please work on your customer support and assistance. If i was a new guitar learner i would have lost 150-200$ right away with the person word of mouth.”
