“Garbage. The woman behind the counter was beyond rude. An amoeba would have more personality. She didn’t say a word to me, not even hello or a thank you. Very strange that she works in such a role. “I wanted to gift my husband a signed copy of Bobby Firmino‘s book for Christmas. The problem is that it’s next to impossible to get a signed copy in The States. Our bookstores don’t carry them, and the European bookstores that had signed copies weren’t willing to ship them to North America. West End Lane Books was SO helpful, willing to ship to The States, and communicated so well. My copy arrived in a timely manner and was in pristine condition when it got here. So glad I found this gem of a store online!”
