“Truly the best music shop I’ve been to in Brisbane. They have such good range in supply and the customer service is phenomenal. The staff are so attentive and passionate about what they do. After a not so pleasant guitar repair at another music shop, I went to riffs and licks and they took care of my instrument better than I left it. I swore there were more scratches when I left my guitar there, but when I came to pick it up, it was all polished away. Definitely making riffs and licks my go to music shop from now on. “What an amazing shop. It takes pride of place in the main street of Latrobe, and even before you enter, you know you are in for a treat. From the get-go, I had no idea of where to look next - it was definitely sensory overload. But I was there to find the ‘rabbit hole’ that Alice fell down. And there it was. Even the Queen of Hearts was there. But suddenly I’m faced with E.T. and C3PO. But wait, not just one Santa & Mrs Claus but hundreds. By now you’re in love with Christmas again and around the corner are Dragons and Knights. Oh wait, there’s an African zoo collection. Right about now, I think I can’t be amazed anymore, and out pops a dinosaur or three. Ooh there’s a beautiful teapot from Beauty and the Beast. I feel like I’m still spiralling down Alice’s tunnel. OMG, you just have to stop at Latrobe and get your butt into this place. It is absolutely amazing. This shop is like nothing I have ever seen, a veritable cornucopia of every imaginable child hood dreamtime character and more. My purchase - a bag of freeze dried ice-cream.
