All of these positives has cemented them as my go to location for vinyl.”

“"Just get em out of here, I haven't got time for this" - the reaction you get when you ask for a refund after two engines you've bought both failed. One of which was a replacement for the first. I've given three stars because we've been there a few times and the product range is good, but I don't have a lot of good things to say about the service and the overall attitude of SOME members of the staff. We probably won't shop there again.”

“Really amazing book store. Solid selection and the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They really go out of their way to help you. Sure the prices are cheaper at Kmart or Big W but it's all relative, and I would happily pay more to get this kind of service. I go to Big W and they just look at you with a "I don't get paid enough to help you" blank stare.”
