But honestly what made me fall in love is the employee review of the book throughout the store! It’s one of my fav things about bookstores to see what other recommend across genres and Unabridged does it right! I absolutely recommend stopping in to check it out!”

“What a great place - loads of things to shop for inside - many unique items. It was like a small museum, with a couple displays, lots of shopping, many touristy things and lots of great gift items and things for the kids. Great food choices to purchase as well. Loads of parking, get gas here also. Just off I-55 in Pontiac. Great place to stop and relax for a while!”

“I am genuinely surprised I haven’t reviewed them before. I shop almost exclusively at their city location. They do have four or five locations in addition to the city location. I love their reviews and their great buys on $10-$30 bottles of wine for everyday use. Additionally I love buying futures and wines that are scheduled to be delivered later. I have started building out my cellar. Additionally I love going to there wine tastings and the once a month introduction to all the new inventory they brought in. I’ve been shopping there now for 25 years. They’re brilliant.”

“I have been coming here for years. I love that they have US notes and silver certificates, which are some of my favorites to collect. They always let you take your time. They never put pressure on anyone to hurry up and buy. It’s kind of like a place where the coin collector can sit and chat. They always have a fair price and will listen if you think the price is off. Never had a bad experience. Plus they have little extras, like the box of foreign coins for kids to just pick a coin or three they like. Marlon and the guys are so welcoming. A++++”
