“Quick, efficient, helpful, nice and the review of them looking like ants is oddly factual. Very impressed with their operation. Unfortunately I had difficulties on the computer ordering what I needed (user error), I called and was able to order everything I needed and picked up the next day. They were extremely nice, quick, efficient and professional. When we got there it was extremely busy and we were in and out in 15 minutes including tarping and tying the load. We anticipated a much longer wait but was extremely satisfied with the quick service. Shipping was expensive, but comparable to the post office and other company’s fees. Nothing out of the ordinary. Pick up fee of $25 if less than a $300 order, again normal for most company’s especially because you’re purchasing from a warehouse not a store. Couldn’t be happier about my experience. They even gave us a catalog to enjoy! Although I do wish they had signs at the front of the building showing the customer pick up is behind the building. Someone who isn’t efficient in google maps may have difficulties finding the exact pickup spot.”
