“Visited on a Friday night with tickets for 18:30. Lots of people queued up to go inside as the doors opened but the wait wasn’t too long. Booked the tickets in advance (free entry and option for discounted barbican tote bag). Beautiful conservatory - would love to go more often. There is a bar inside”

“Chelsea Bridge has some great views, especially if Battersea Power Station (Southeast) and Battersea park (Southwest). I suggest going at night when the bridge is lit up when it looks really special, although quite a few of the lights don’t work / haven’t been replaced by the council.”

“I went to the section of the park closest to Victoria railway station. I was waiting to collect my mum from the coach station, and had an hour to spare, so I sat down under a tree and used my magical powers to summon a flock of pigeons. I recommend this park for its pigeons. They are very friendly and polite, and knew it was naughty to climb up on my legs, so they didn't. Very good representatives.”
Orleans Rd, Twickenham TW1 3BL, United Kingdom
“Wow, hidden gem! Walking in from the Thames riverside footpath, couldn’t find it at first. ..then we stumbled upon a moderately sized garden with lots of seating, flowering plants and ornamental trees surrounded by low walling then this beautiful building – check out the ornate Baroque Octagon Room, has interesting architectural details. The gallery itself is not too far, about 12mins walk from Richmond bridge and town centre. The gallery presents a year-round programme of exhibitions, live events and short courses, a wild wood to explore, a shop and the Stables Café serving delicious treats in the courtyard. Entry to the gallery is free.”

“Choosing Valentine's Mansion as the venue for our wedding turned out to be a splendid decision. The historic charm of the building added a timeless elegance to our special day. The registrars who conducted the ceremony were not only professional but also remarkably friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for us and our guests. The combination of the beautiful venue and the amiable registrars made our wedding a truly memorable and magical experience.”
