“One of my favourite places to have a coffee and dine at! My personal favourites are the Fish & Chips and Chorizo Mac & Cheese because they taste great and are a huge hearty portion! The regular fries, sweet potato fries and truffle fries were all great! The Pork Schnitzel was a huge hearty portion, but the pork itself seemed a little thin. The Chicken Parmigiana was a little disappointing today as it seemed quite burnt and small compared to everything else. Mentioned in other reviews as well, but many menu items are fried, perhaps some grilled meat/fish, pasta or pizza may be a good addition to consider. I love the coffee and I love that their iced coffees are actually double shots by default and not simply a watered down version of the hot one with ice. :-) The choice of beans also allowed me to opt for a flavour profile I prefer! (Notes for Paradise & Folk Yard are Chocolatey & Nutty / Fruity & Acidic respectively.) They now have a wider range of beers and spirits at a reasonable price which is great! Water is available indoors, it’s self service. They are also pet friendly. Limited parking available.”

“Went with my mum and we did enjoy our meal here. Service was excellent and the staff (including the servers) were very friendly. We had quite a lot and my personal top 3 favourites were the crispy roast pork, shark fins and mini egg tarts. The crispy roast pork was my num 1. It had a perfect crispy exterior and succulent meat inside.The shark fins in stone pot were super tasty with a rich, savory taste. The mini egg tarts were delightful, with a perfect balance of flaky crust and flavorful filling. Had a memorable dining experience, leaving me satisfied and impressed with the food quality.”

“Very nice place. Well decorated We only ordered the Kombucha and waffle, and both are great. The Kombucha are both taste very good. The waffle portion is slightly small, only two slices for the amount they charge. I would think 3 slices would be sufficient. The only thing I would like to highlight is to provide tap water instead of only serve still or sparkling water.”

“Quaint café with a French ambience off Orchard Road, and fast service. Ordered a Mushroom Pasta Cabonara and Root Beer Float. The pasta was very creamy; I love it that way but it might be a bit too thick for some folks. The Root Beer Float uses a vanilla ice cream that I didn’t like. It tasted a little bit too milky.”

“Came around 6pm on a Sunday and it was pretty empty! Really liked the food actually - ordered the omurice, truffle mushroom pasta and waffle ice cream. Honestly the truffle mushroom pasta felt really comforting (like pasta in… wild mushroom soup lol). There’s a huge patio area that’s dog friendly. They also do serve food for dogs and have dog bowls for water (which is really thoughtful)! Enjoyed the atmosphere and food - would highly recommend and I’d probably revisit if I was in the area again.”
