Café Méricourt
4.6
( 8 reviews ) $$

22 Rue de la Folie Méricourt, 75011 Paris, France

“The brunch at Café Méricourt was fairly decent. I would definitely recommend trying the green eggs with feta, the recipe is quite uncommon for most brunch places and well-balanced. The avocado toast was also great, but I wish they had taken the same creative approach to it. The atmosphere was quite nice, although a bit cold if you’re visiting in winter.”

“Here is one of the nicest Café places in the entire region! The service is quick, food is good tasting, the payment correct. So, we will come back!”

La Bousse

( 8 reviews )

8 Pl. de la Halle, 25500 Morteau, France

“By chance discovered, but evidently well-known and loved by locals. Very welcome attitude, even providing us with English menus (although we tried to stick to the French ones), good food served in ample quantity, and unbeatable price. A very pleasant experience.”

16 Cr du Chapeau-Rouge, 33000 Bordeaux, France

“Delicious food and good value, too, as the brunch menu has a cold drink, hot drink, savoury dish, and sweet dish for €25 which was loads of food! Arrive before opening time as you can't book, and there's always a big queue! Well worth the wait, though. It was so good that we came back again in the one weekend!”

Café La Fiancée | Peyrolières
4.3
( 8 reviews ) $$

54 Rue Peyrolières, 31000 Toulouse, France

“the place is not bad, nice, even if surrounded by a continuous and constant smell of cooking and burning. good and tasty breakfast. quite long waiting times for a couple of pancakes. maybe a little expensive compared to others.”

Le Meurice Alain Ducasse
4.4
( 8 reviews )

228 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France

“Beautiful location with pastries from Cedric grolet. Brunch was 120 euros if I remember correctly, book ahead of time. The building itself and service is 5/5. Food was good but since it’s traditional french- nothing that surprises you. That being said it’s definitely a full meal with lots of options. Desserts by Cedric were the highlight for me. They gave us so many and most of us took the desserts home as you simply can’t finish them all :) great spot for a special occasion”

Restaurant "chez Nous"
4.6
( 8 reviews ) $$

359 Rte de la Wantzenau, 67000 Strasbourg, France

“Worst brunch that I had in my life. Cold coffee (almost a tea) served on a thermic bottle, food was cold and badly done, when ordered a cappuccino after tasting the horrible coffee we were charged plus without notice, the sweets were almost 70% dough (tartelletes). One of the worst experiences that I had in a restaurant in my life. Felt a bitter taste when paying the expensive bill for some cakes (horrible) and badly executed cold food. Edited to reply to the owner: No I am not making up that we’ve been there and I am 100% sure that it was this restaurant; it has been a while ago but nevertheless, I can describe exactly the service: cold tea, cold coffee on a thermic bottle, a scargot cake (old), some knacks (cold), tartelette (almost all dough)… We were very disappointed, that is all”

Tomē Café . Restaurant . Coffee Shop

5 Rue Romarin, 69001 Lyon, France

“Came for the Asian cuisine inspired brunch, it's a simple menu of two mains to choose from, one hot and cold drink each, and a nice selection of sweet dishes. The menu is vegetarian friendly. There are two brunch time slots (11 and 13.30) to choose and it's best to reserve”

L'entre-temps
4.3

3 Imp. de Poulmenach, 56370 Sarzeau, France

“It used to be a great place (hence the high rating on Google). Now under new management, the service isn’t bad, but the food sadly is. I would not recommend.”

“As a person who eats plant based/ vegan and gluten-free food it is so refreshing to be able to find a place which not only caters for me but most of the menu is suitable. The staff were so friendly and the meals were absolutely delicious. We wish we had found it sooner on holiday! Thank you so much!”

Hôtel - Restaurant De La Gloire

74 Av. du Général de Gaulle, 45200 Montargis, France

“Lives up to it's billing!. Every dish was, well, glorious. And the service was prompt, confident, congenial. They tolerated this American's Français unpretentiously. For the quality of the meal, the price was modest. I'm so glad to have gone out of my way to get to this little culinary gem!”

90 Ave Parmentier, 75011 Paris, France

“I had lunch at this restaurant and ordered a burger, but it was the most horrible burger I have ever tasted. I don't even have words to describe it. It looked like it had been made yesterday and reheated for me. The burger bun was terrible, and the photo can show you how it looked. The cheese tasted like plastic. Overall, it was a huge disappointment to have lunch here. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere and enjoying your meal.”

Café Des Alpes
4.4
( 8 reviews ) $$

20 Rte de Chartreuse, 38700 Corenc, France

“The place was nice, food quite alright some sizes nice and big others kind a small and not as nice presented. For some reason we were not allowed to get a table with good views, we were seated at a big searing table in the middle of the place. 30 secunds later another group arrived they were seated at our table when they asked to move to a table with better view they were allowed, but when we asked it was not possible... Other than the seating problem everything was okay.”

Le Merle Blanc

La Côte Maillard, 14600 Gonneville-sur-Honfleur, France

“The best choice for a real mama's French meal !! So cheap for so much good home made food. Forget about the tourist's restaurants in Honfleur, and go to this place to enjoy fresh beers and a real taste of French life. They speak English. Generally open at noon for a great lunch with a. starter buffet but on Tuesday and Friday they serve for dinner with specials meals for the night (call for these nights cause it is full full !!)”

Les Pipelettes

31 Rue Brézin, 75014 Paris, France

“I strongly suggest to book in advance if you wanna find a table here for brunch. They exclusively offer it on Saturday from 11am, and we visited this restaurant to test it out. I was quite pleased with the brunch selection overall, the venue is comfortable and the service was on point. In terms of food I enjoyed the overall experience of it but for each serving I believe there is room for improvement. The initial serving with the scone and pastry needs to have a little bit more quality, scone was slightly too dry and not much flavor. The cinnamon roll also needs a little bit more love from the chef. Following the pastries the yogurt with granola was good but far too simple, a little bit more granola or throwing in a couple berries is always beneficial and would elevate the yogurt a bit. Concluding our meal we had the main dish, one with trout and the other with a vegetarian tart. Both were pretty good but the onions were too overpowering in the tart and the pâté that came with the trout was a lil too fishy and buttery for my taste, but that’s subjective. Objectively I just think both plates need a little bit more thought and something connecting all the dishes together. My idea of a grade for this place would be a 3.5 stars but since there’s not an option for that I decided to stick with a 4 star as I believe it represents better the experience compared to a 3 star. In conclusion I do suggest this place for brunch but I do wish they perfected it a bit.”
