“Went to the Hammock shops and decided to have lunch while we were there. Greeted immediately upon entry and seated. Food was amazing. I had the country store biscuit sandwich which was country ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Yummy! Fries we're fresh cut and the onion rings were huge. Service was excellent!”

“Actually my sister found this place and it was a good fine. They offer a good taste of South Carolina and/or southern cuisine. The spot in North Charleston is easy to access. There is plenty of free parking. You can dine in, order your meal cafeteria style of go to the bar where the server will take care of your order. Service was quick and one hot tip is to be sure to sample the sweet corn.”

“Awesome… sandwiches! The place is running since 1946 and you can see why. Amazing meat sandwiches like roast beef, tuna, I personally tried the pimento cheese sandwich was was nice. Even the fish filet. The sides have coffee, onion rings, fries as well served along with pickles. They have a small lunch buffet too. Overall a very nice restaurant and enjoyed the food. They take catering and party orders too!”

“My daughter wanted me to try one of her favorite restaurants in Lexington which is Momma Rabbits and brought me here for lunch. I am glad she did. We had seasonal mimosa’s to start my mimosa tasted like ale pie and came with a sliced apple that had been lightly dipped in cinnamon and sugar on the rim. I had the Itsy- Bitsy- Teeny-Weeny Avocado-Toasted- Zucchini with grilled chicken it was delicious, the portion was just enough. I will be back to try more dishes on the menu. I also recommend anyone who hasn’t tried this place to try it. The service was great, all the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon with excellent food.”

“It is hard to find good food in Greenville. This place is actually good. The French dip is great and the truffle fries are amazing. The bartender is awesome and makes his own cocktails. The "Mexican Firing Squad" drink was amazing. And I'm not keen on fruity margaritas but this was perfect because of the bitters.”

“Found this place just by search for breakfast and so glad I did! I had biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs with a fried green tomato on the side. The food was very good except the crust was a little hard, not able to be cut with a fork. My friend had the Florentine omelet, it looked delicious and she said it was. We had iced amaretto coffee and I had the spiced latte, both were very good. We had excellent service, I wish I could remember our waiter's name! Located in the pink Victory building, parking is free with validation from restaurant. Would definitely go again when in the area.”
