“Great small old school diner. Great breakfasts and lunches. Large portions. You can definitely find something you like. Great diner atmosphere with local pictures on the wall and colorful art outside. Will ne going again sometime.”

Kelly O's Diner

1130 Perry Hwy #28, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, United States

“We decided to eat here based on the reviews& First of all, it was cold as hell. The potatoes were very burnt and crunchy as well as the bacon. The cheese on the terrible eggs wasn’t even melted, the pancakes tasted dry. The best thing i ate at this place was the toast and the orange juice. Overpriced terrible food. They are lucky I was STARVING and didn’t feel like complaining.”

“The food looks good but it doesn’t taste as good. Coffee is horrible. Lots of salt and sugar combined. The salad wasn’t fresh. The service was great.”

“Delicious food, great service. The beignets and sauces that came with them were a perfect starter for our brunch. They were also accommodating to the changes I wanted to make to the meal I ordered. Would for sure come back!”

“We had our wedding (ceremony + reception) at The Foundry, and we would absolutely recommend it for events! We had about 100 people, so we had to split seating between the event room and the bar, which was no problem and actually fun for our vibe - a little less traditional, cozy, and encouraging people to move around and mingle. We also had access to a portion of the patio that led to the river walk, which was perfect to step out for air. It was a beautiful space for a more relaxed fall wedding. The staff was WONDERFUL - everyone was so sweet and was really on top of things! We thought staff would just keep the buffet full and work at the bar, but they also went around checking with everyone for drinks, including guests that went outside to the patio area. We were so impressed! Several guests have said this was the best wedding food they've ever had. Rachel, the venue coordinator, was very easy to work with and flexible with our questions and ideas. Sometimes, it takes her a little bit to respond to emails, but she's very thorough if you're patient. She also made an amazing floor layout. We do recommend having an event/day of coordinator on your end or someone to help with your setup, because you won't have access to the space until a few hours before your event, which was not an issue for us but is something to consider when booking. We were thrilled with everything The Foundry did and have already recommended them to others for their events!”

“Worth the 15 min wait to get in. The staff is extremely happy to work there and to wait on you. The food is extremely delicious. We ordered an omlette,French toast and eggs with pancakes. The home fries that come with the meals are so good. The drinks are equally tasty. I loved the bailey's coffee and the espresso martini. We will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.”

Sally Ann's

136 6th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, United States

“This is the second time I’ve been here. Compared to the first visit, the meal was underwhelming. The portion was definitely smaller and of lower quality than before. The prices are fairly steep for the food. The avocado toast was a single piece of sourdough bread with noticeably less toppings compared to before, and still cost $17. Separately, last time I was told the hashbrowns did not contain dairy, and this time they did. Either the recipe has changed, or I’ve been lied to. The coffee and cocktails were on a higher level than the food. I would consider going back for drinks, though I doubt I’ll visit without eating first.”
