“Really delicious restaurant week entree specials that did not appear on the regular dinner menu. We ordered the pork schnitzel - huge slab of pork in great breading + beets ketchup, and an amazing artic char on lentils, cabbage, and friend wild rice. The skin on the fish was amazing and the best fish skin my partner and I have ever had. The appetizers were on the regular menu but a little special - the chip and onion dip had caviar and the chips were a variety of types of potatoes + plantain. The fried squash rings had an incredible batter. Dessert flavors were amazing - a vegan key lime pie made with avocado!!! How it stayed green was a mystery to me. The root beer cake with vanilla ice cream was also so flavorful, amazing licorice flavor in the moist cake. Service was great, water was constantly filled. Love this local spot!!! Two restaurant week dinner specials + no drinks came out to just under $100. We come back here for the garlic bread because it's made of dreams. Everything on the menu is always great.”

“Good bagels, just the right amount of chewiness and a decent size too. Not too much salt on the everything bagel which is nice. Ordered a BEC SPK: it was a good size, made right, and tastes like it should. Yes, it’s pricey at $7.35 (cash), but everything around here is overpriced. Still a good spot to visit!”

“My bf is currently staying in Queen NY for work for a few months. It was midnight and he was hungry for anything that reminded him from back home down south. I saw this place and I said well we can try this. I have never been a fan of catfish and down south they love it. He ordered it along with mac n cheese and some collard greens. It was a take our order via uber. I couldn’t believe how goood every was for it to be a late night order. We ordered this meal a little after midnight. We didn’t know what to expect considering it to be so late. Can I say the catfish was probably the best catfish I ever had with so much flavor I felt like I was in food heaven. So kudos to this restaurant! We will definitely be ordering from here again!”
