“First met Luna Bianca in a Wedding Fair and was first attracted by their photo gallery. Looking back now after my wedding, Luna Bianca has well exceeded my expectations. I'm grateful for Meishi, Florence, Albert, MUA Helen and the Myanmar photo editor guy for ensuring our entire pre wedding photography was smooth and enjoyable. They are very reliable in delivering on their promises. Even though we are afraid that the wedding album might not be printed on time as we left 2-3 days to our actual wedding day after finalizing all the edited photos, they reassure us by providing us the wedding album a day before our actual day. Definitely pleased with their commitment! Huge shout out to Meishi and Florence for being friendly and able to accommodate to any of our request during the whole process from the start to the end. Albert was our photographer and he made us really comfortable in front of the camera even though we are quite camera shy. He also teaches us alot of different poses. Thanks for helping us capture our most precious memories and we can’t thank you enough for doing such a great job. Thanks MUA Helen for able to accommodate to any hairstyle and makeup that my wife want! And reaching early to our hotel on that day to start prepping for my wife make up. Thanks to the Myanmar Photo Editor guy for making our photos look flawless and beautiful which many of our guests complimenting our photos in the wedding album! “Very disappointing and unpleasant order. It will be my first order and last order from this hamper shop. Arranged an opening flower stand from them which delivered on Monday and 2 days later on Wednesday the shop owner send photos to me showing the whole branch of flowers bouquet fell out from the stand laying on the floor. Obviously, the flower is not properly secured and attached to the stand during their processing of making. They resolved the issue by giving a compensation of 5% discount for my next order. Replying there is little that they can do to make any changes or adjustment once delivery is completed after 3 days. My goodness is not even consider 3 days. Save the 5% , never ever going to place order from them. I ended up spending over 100bucks for a flower stand that last 2 days displaying outside a newly opened cafe. Is an opening hamper for congratulations but ended up giving the owner such an unpleasant sight outside their shop and they have to clear the mess on their own. Such an embarrassing experience.”
