“Do not go there, had a terrible experience in this shop: - they said it would take 2 days for the adjustments, it took actually like 6 appointments, and every time I went there they hadn’t do what they had promised - very hard to contact them; had to call several times a day - they said it would be ok to enlarge my dress on the hips, then said there was no fabric available; in the end they had to change the fabric, which I did not like and led to a change in the fitting of the dress - delay when delivering the dress; I was supposed to take the dress with me 2 weeks before my wedding; 1 day before I was still at the shop at 8pm having a mental breakdown because they were still working on it - terrible customer service; I’m still sending emails about this and never get any reply. And this is just a short summary of everything I went through”

“After trying on so many dresses, I found a Rime Arodaky dress - the dress was beautiful, high quality, and had that classic French sense of design and style. It was a wonderful experience working with Rime Arodaky. I purchased the dress remotely after trying it on at a bridal shop. While the bridal shop couldn’t do a custom sizing, I was able to work with the Rime Arodaky Atelier directly to build the whole look - dress, veil, and custom gloves. The dress was fully custom fitted to my measurements and it all came out so beautifully. Thank you to the Rime Arodaky team for helping make my day so special!”
