“Previously, we had a brilliant experience where Zoe really helped us understand the travel systems and pros and cons of different systems. Unfortunately, this time was the absolute opposite. No help from the staff. There were 3 staff members only one was occupied with another customer. The other 2 completely ignored us, one of which was Richard, the manager, the other was Libby. He walked past us and just looked at us with no acknowledgement at all. We helped ourselves with measuring the pram we wanted and left the store. It left us wondering whether it is store policy to not help the Black families as we sat and observed 2 other black families walk in and not get support. Safe to say we will not be spending our money here.”
