When we didn't know exactly which items we wanted, our sales professional, Marcy, was able to help us bring together a design that was unique to our desires. Marcy coordinated all the designs with the on site Jeweler and made it happen. She also helped us redesign some of our existing jewelry by upgrading the designs. I am not an easy customer to deal with, but Marcy and the other Sales Staff were so eager to meet our needs and did all they could to make it happen. Marcy has many years of experience and she knows the jewelry trade. I recommend her highly because she's down to earth, savvy and cares about the customer at hand. “Words can’t even begin to describe how incredible my experience was at a&bé! Lauren was my consultant, and she was so welcoming from the minute we walked it. This girl also knows her stuff! She was so knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves her job! Once I found the dress and it was time to put veils on, she knew exactly which veil would go best with my dress. Also, they have such a variety of gorgeous dresses to choose from! The champagne toast after finding my dress was such a fun touch! “Working with Bridal Novias was amazing, and the service was SO quick, attentive, and very very courteous. Jarib helped me pick out my wedding dress, and he was AMAZING! He definitely paid attention to what my taste was, and even helped me stretch past my comfort zones to explore other dresses that I wouldn’t have even considered before. The dress I picked wasn’t even one I had wanted to try on, but he knew it would suit me well and had me try it anyways and I’m SO thankful he had me try it. I was very comfortable around him, and he was always considerate and made sure to give me privacy whenever it was needed. All of the other staff were so sweet and open while I was trying on dresses, and everyone even congratulated and clapped once I said which dress was the one. They made me feel seen and beautiful, and always considered what I was looking for. Even the store was SO nice, it was very clean and organized. The changing rooms were nice, clean, super comfortable and most of all private. He guided me through the custom suit fitting and advised me on fashion styles, appropriateness of styles for my size, and he addressed all the finer points of the suit I that was purchasing. Maurice’s manager also ensured that my pants, vest and suit coat would properly fit me when delivered. When I ask Maurice questions about look, fit, and fashion trends, he was candid and informative. “The first sales associate I met was not super helpful. She guided me to the changing room but didn't offer any true help. Another associate took the time to open a separate room for me, brought me different sizes and styles. She offered advice on what I may like and what would look better for my body type. She wasn't overly pushy and willing to help as much as possible. She showed me a few options that I would have never thought to try on by myself. I was offended when the first associate asked the associate, helping me, if they were going to share commission. What?!”
