“I found the Bridal Centre in my dress search after someone mentioned they carry coloured wedding dresses (subtle colour). I’ll be honest, they didn’t have much for subtle colour options, but wow do they have a collection! There are so many dresses, and it’s all so organized. I was assisted by Cecilia and she was absolutely wonderful! She was cheerful, positive, knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy in any way. She was warm, and made friendly conversation. I didn’t fine the one here, but I would highly recommend asking after Cecilia if you visit here!”

“Just went in for my bridal appointment today with Sydney as my consultant and I can honestly say that my experience here was extraordinary! Choosing a wedding dress is a big decision and is an intimidating process, but I had so much fun. Sydney was fantastic at helping me narrow down the dresses I was between and making me feel confident in every dress I tried on. She was patient and kind. Besides the beautiful dresses they carry, their care for the brides that come in was what made today so special. Thank you Syndey for making my visit such a blast and making me feel special! I truly appreciate it!”

“My wife and I bought our wedding rings (bands) here. It was such a good experience. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. The fact that everything in the store on display is crystals and not really diamond is brilliant because you are able to walk through the whole store trying anything on at your leisure, we felt very comfortable and could take our time. The purchase process was very smooth and our rings arrived within the estimated time frame. On the surface Spence’s pricing is slightly higher than other shops, however Spence has very simple pricing with no nonsense, the rings include a resize and warranty. Other shops had complicated add-on packages and extra fees which I don’t like dealing with. Spence was also pleasant to deal with to coordinate someone else picking up the rings for us. Spence made everything smooth from walking in for the first time all the way to receiving our rings. It’s like a spa experience. I would recommend 11/10.”

“Had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Bridal Debut. My stylist was very helpful and accommodating and made me feel amazing in every dress (made for a hard choice!). She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and let me take my time trying on dresses. They even accommodated our big group (6 people). I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. I went to 5 different bridal shops, and this was by far the best experience. The ordering process was simple and my dress came in months ahead of schedule. They truly care about you here and have a beautiful selection. Thank you for my dream dress and the great experience🤍”

“Normally I never write reviews, but this was such a frustrating experience I had to. I called a couple of days before I stopped in and asked if they had any linen suits. The employee I spoke with told me to come in and get measured up and they'll find something for me. I asked him several times to check the sizes and he finally did after I told him I didn't want to drive 30 minutes to this location without knowing they had anything in stock for me. He said they had my size and would take care of me. And if they couldn't, they could order something online and it would come in right away. A couple of days later I show up. First, the lady showed me to the linen suit selection and was 0 help after that. Had to find the suit jacket and pant sizes myself. Shockingly they didn't have my size in the suit jacket and pant. I asked if they could order them online, and was told they aren't able to do it. The pants were in stock on Moore's website, but the store isn't able to order them in. How does that make sense? Basically the employee I spoke with on the phone completely lied to me and wasted my time by getting me to come in to the store. The employees in the store were also 0 help. It's like they were trying to get me to not spend my money at their store. I was counting on this store for my suit based off what the employee said over the phone so now I'm frantically looking all over the city for other suit stores. Luckily the other ones were super helpful. Overall a frustrating experience and a waste of my time.”

“Do not buy there earrings with stones. After the third wear, the stone fell out of earrings. After complain, I was asked to pay an amount that was higher than earrings. You don’t need insurance when the product was wrongly made, because you trust the sales person, who represents the company and ensures you about quality. Not any more. Very low quality of jewelry. Be aware.”
