“I loved everything about my experience at Adore. From only a couple days after I booked my appointment, I already felt so special and considered. They offer a phone call to discuss styles and ask questions that I never would have thought of, but were very important. I was able to communicate back and forth over text (which is super convenient) and see a few sneak peaks of dresses they had already chosen based on my style quiz. Their inventory is stored in the back which I actually preferred because a big store with open inventory can be very overwhelming, plus, nobody knows the dresses better than them! I was able to relax and enjoy the experience rather than running around trying to find THE dress in racks and racks of inventory. I felt so comfortable with all of the staff and especially appreciative of my stylist Abby. She encouraged me to be as honest as possible and had intent behind each and every dress she put me in. I could not have asked for a better place to say YES to my dress!”

“We booked Andrew's Garden for our wedding and they made our Ceremony and Reception look Incredible!!!! We asked them for a foresty fantasy feel, and they delievered! Meeting them the first time to go over what we wanted, they were so incredibly nice and have a beautiful shop/office. They wrote down every detail and made a very detailed proposal for us which they so nicely changed many times when we needed a lot of last minute changes. Tonya handled all of the proposal communication and she was prompt and was great to work with! The day of the wedding they were there on time and just did an AMAZING job setting everything up. They set up not only the entire ceremony space, but also the reception space, all our guests tables, and just everywhere around the venue. The guests tables were immaculate and the guests are Raving about how beautiful everything looked at their seats. My personal favorite thing that Andrew's Garden made for our wedding was our Sweetheart Arch! It was SO beautiful and had all the flowers we mentioned we loved and had twinkling lights and was just seriously incredible. When guests walked into the Reception room, I heard so many gasps because of how pretty everything was. Andrews Garden was also on time to tear down at the end of the night, which we really appreciated since it was around midnight when our reception ended. They really put in a lot of work into our wedding and it really shows how much pride they take in their arrangements. They were wonderful to work with and I recommend using Andrews Garden for your wedding!! It was one of the best decisions we made!”

“The only helpful person - the sales associate who assisted my daughter and I in purchasing a fall coat (children’s clothing). She was very sweet, and even showed my daughter a few cute hats. If I were only reviewing her, this would be a five star review. After completing the purchase, we went to the skincare and cosmetics department. There was a particular product I was looking for, and none of the associates offered to help. In the past, this has been a non-issue. I stood at three different counters, and no acknowledgment was made. I noticed at least one group of three associates chatting (looking at a cell phone, no less), and another employee paying for her own purchases. But, that was it. Admittedly, a few associates were busy with makeup applications, but, this was (maybe) two of twenty plus employees. I’m not someone who enjoys writing negative reviews, especially regarding a store I used to love shopping at. Customer service is what makes stores like NM great, and people will revert to shopping online if they can’t get help. It’s ridiculous that in a store full of employees, only one went above and beyond.”
