When we didn't know exactly which items we wanted, our sales professional, Marcy, was able to help us bring together a design that was unique to our desires. Marcy coordinated all the designs with the on site Jeweler and made it happen. She also helped us redesign some of our existing jewelry by upgrading the designs. I am not an easy customer to deal with, but Marcy and the other Sales Staff were so eager to meet our needs and did all they could to make it happen. Marcy has many years of experience and she knows the jewelry trade. I recommend her highly because she's down to earth, savvy and cares about the customer at hand. The 60 month 0% financing option was great and allowed us to dream big. Diamonds Direct in Frisco, TX has become our new family Jeweler and I know each time I only get the best quality.
