“Clean environment, plenty of parking available at 2pm. Toilet is clean. The big prawn taste ok, nothing exceptional but the soup with Shao Xing wine is nice. Not too much MSG. Tried the salty coffee for first time, they give a piece of butter to be melted in the coffee. Taste is ok but I still prefer Cham C 😀 They also have set menu selling at 13x per set that comes with soup and drink. Will try other stuffs next time.”

“The minced chicken rice thing was quite delicious. The Kaya toast and Hazelnut coffee also quite nice. Although I think previously the coffee tasted better. Not worth it at all to upsize the drink. Ask them the difference and you can see that it's almost the same size also. Quite nice coz not so many people. One of the staff a bit emo tho. Just half threw the order list on our table.”

“Fanciful tau fu fah with lots of ingredients in it. The snow ice not up to par. Indoor limited seats and outdoor can be stinky. The shop is clean though. Portion should be enough 2 pax for a bowl. Not my type of desserts though. Pricing not cheap, mainly youngsters willing to spend here”

“Good environment but terrible food and service. Sit down for long only got waiter to serve. Ordered big breakfast, aglio olio and matcha latte. Big breakfast no issue but, aglio olio and matcha latte tasted so terrible! The spaghetti is bad, the matcha latte is the worst one in my life, never once I have such bad experience with matcha latte before, weird taste and smell which is unbearable, then we requested them to change to latte instead. Also there’s a bunch of ladies coming for gathering hence requested for big combined table, the waiter go and rush the customer who’s already sitting and eating there in order to fulfill the bunch of ladies, this is not right and very rude, why rush your customers? They come first mah. If no tables ask them to wait lah 🤓”

Lot L1-01, 1st Floor Shaw Parade Changkat Thambi Dollah, Off, Jln Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

“Reasonable parking charges in shaw parade, which is almost void of shops but for a few anchor tenants. Purple cane, one of them. Imho, one of the best equipped tea art centres i have visited in kl and certainly the largest - books, tea, teaware, classrooms, packaging centre and storehouse. Spacious, bright, friendly and helpful staff. Bought some green pu online but walked in to sample variety before purchasing more. Senior Tea Master Zeng Zhi Yong invited me to sit as he brewed tea - very kind of him to ask if i had eaten? The tea has high astringency and might cause gastritis. A very down to earth and a straight talker - i enjoyed his sense of humour. The aged green pu was clean, flowery aromatic and complex with a bitter sweet aftertaste. Just what i was looking for. Plus value for money indeed. Great discovery! I downloaded the app, which offered me a coupon discount. Will be visitng again for sure.”
