“I specifically asked the guy behind counter that I want the Taro blast Boba with very little to no ice. He pretended to write that instruction down. But eventually, the girl behind the counter made two Taro orders the exact same way, with a bucket load of crushed ice and served it to me and another lady who ordered the same drink. This was a demonstration of poor training and deliberate negligence on the part of the guy (in photos) who really looked like he didn't wanna work there. The eventual drink, apart from being brain freezing cold, was nowhere close to what Taro Boba teas taste like. And it had an irritating texture of coconut shavings. I drink Taro tapioca Boba teas in every city I go. Sometimes even twice a day. Of the 40+ I've had in the Netherlands so far, I can hands down say, this was the worst. Unfortunately I fell for the reviews I read here! And..I was charged 6.50 for a drink that was advertised 5.75. The guy non challantly said - that's old menu, and didn't even offer a receipt despite my asking.”
