“First time I went there was just a couple of day before what will be my last. First time was awesome , had the lamb cutlets and even paid for a fourth one and they were best lamb cutlets I've had , second visit a couple of day kater was rubbish . Cutlets were Les than half the size, burnt and looked like a dog had chewed them before cooking . Worst part is we took a friend to celebrate something and told him how great the place was , how embarrassing was that day.”

“The one star reviews are no reflection of this place. I visited for the first time today and it was by far the best buffet experience I have had. The food was great, the staff were friendly and attentive (especially for how many patrons were there). “All you can eat”, really does mean all you can eat. Amazing variety of quality foods, meats, curries, rice and pasta dishes, seafood, salads, fruits and desserts. Free water, coffee and tea. Drinks are extra but reasonably priced. This isn’t a drive-thru, so plan ahead to get the best from the experience. I recommend booking in advance and attending at the beginning of the dinning slots because the place seemed quite popular. Kids laughing and playing, families enjoying their meals, such a pleasurable dinning experience. Some may find it noisy but I didn’t mind at all. Cleanliness is super important for a buffet, they had sanitising stations and the place was very clean and modern. I never leave reviews, but Ariala in Springwood deserves top marks. If you are thinking of coming here, just do it, great value, family friendly and an overall great experience. I look forward to coming back again soon.”

“Fantastic- 5 star for each one. Cannot fault this place. The food is amazing, sometimes the portion size is too big. But we still eat it because it's just too good. The eggplant pasta is terrific!! The service is really good, they give you just enough time to have chats and have a bit of a look at the menu before coming over. Very prompt at taking away dirty dishes and glasses. I like how more open it is now compared to the old buildings, the upbeat music really gives it good vibes. Can't wait to come back again.”

“We’ve been here a number of times but today‘s lunch was the best dining experience we have had in Hancookwan so far. We don’t have to ask for the grill plates to be changed, the staff took the initiative which is really nice. Good food, we’re so full! Totally worth the $42 per person. Kudos to today’s crew! “The buffet is a treat yourself moment. A variety of dishes from seafood , eastern dishes and western fare. As vegetarians we did not starve and happy with choices esp the veg dumplings. Everything fresh and at times you can taste the love though desserts tended to be just sweet and blended into one. Sadly only water is included in the meal and everything else attracts a cost, you'd think tea and coffee could be included. Over all I think meat eaters esp sea food lovers will get the better deal for us the price could grab us a few meals else where and a drink or two. Service excellent and the venue clean and fairly lovely in the hotels foyer.”

“Stayed at the Sofitel which included breakfast 🥞🍳 As far as buffet breakfast goes - not an overly huge variety - it's the same eggs 🥚 (made your way), bacon 🥓, sausages 🌭, mushrooms 🍄, hash browns with a variety of bread, cured meats, cereal, fruits. We did like how they had crepes too. Make sure you ask for a savoury crepe or an "open" omelette! These are one of the better ones to grab. As for dinner. The outstanding dish was the crab 🦀 souffle. The Bouillabaisse 🍲 was a bit too salty for my liking and the artichoke was very tangy (in a good way). Dessert was super sweet and deconstructed so there's little to no tart at all! Kids loved their food and the grilled fish 🐟 was excellent. Worth coming here if you are staying a few nights.”
