“The Place Was quite empty as it was a bank holiday (6th January); I can imagine it can get very busy ( it's also in a trendy party area of Rome) but with few people & most tables empty it had no real atmosphere (it's quite big). Waiter was polite & friendly. Starters were ok. The issue was the Meat dishes. The meat was SHOCKINGLY BAD. Utterly uneatable. We literally had to spit it out. ( To be clear in Italian as well: La carne non era mangiabile, era veramente tremenda). Waiter enquired why we hadn't eaten our meat. My sister (waiter recognised her as she goes there often & said first time this happened) very politely explained how AWFUL it was. Waiter was a bit apologetic but nothing was offered ( a coffee maybe ?) and/or no item taken off bill ( I find this tremendously bad client service). I don't think I'll ever go back but I may have just been very unlucky.”
