“Very disappointing. Ordered items to be delivered at the trade desk for the next day. Yes it could be done. Between 1-5pm. I rang at 4.45pm. To find delivery not coming. No courtesy call. Rescheduled for the next morning. Rang back 20mins later, to say it would be afternoon. Between 12-3pm. 3pm I rang, apparently it was on the way. 3.50pm it arrived. Contractor, had to wait for them to make the order up. Order should of been ready from day before. Again no courtesy call. I had a trade waiting onsite to start job. Which I am out of pocket for. Bunnings you really do need to take more care of your customers. Or at least teach your employees a bit of common courtesy. Looks like Mitre 10 will be my new Hardware store...”

“Our recent visit to Bowens for internal cladding was disappointing. Despite a great website offering and a 30-minute drive, the showroom experience fell short. There was no internal cladding on display, making it impossible to assess the product. We were directed to a storage area with cladding on pallets, which was not ideal. As a result, we decided to try another business . To our delight, the other store had all the cladding on display and provided us with a quote. The difference was significant. While the staff at Bowens were friendly, their lack of knowledge was evident. We received vague responses like "I'm not sure," which left us feeling uninformed. It would be ideal to have samples on display so customers can make informed decision.”

But the items not in the stock and have to order, the items even coming after more than a week, once the come I went to pick up. But the other tools is not coming yet, also the free items can't even process due to different customer service person. What a messed up. So I have to come back again just to pick up the freebies. The system really need improvement. Disappointed, not good at all.”
