“Fantastic service! Our original colonial door with lead light had extensive wood rot from previous owners, and Woodworkers did a superb job bringing it back to life. Instead of telling me I had to have a custom door built, John suggested removing the rotten area and rebuilding that section of the door, which was over half the door. This way it kept the original opening for the lead light so it could be re-installed once repaired. The door is now re-installed and awaiting a paint. “There was a power outage that started yesterday. We decided to go to bunnings to get a light as we spent the night in darkness, not being able to see, with scared children. We went to the entrance to be stopped by a bunnings employee. He asked us why we were here. I said "we have come here to-" then he immediately cut me off. He said "only essential stuff" and told us to leave. I thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional, not even being able to finish answering a question that He had asked us. There were many people walking out with lights and torches (and other items) so I didn't understand why he responded that way. Now we have nothing. Do better.”
