“First time buying, I was impressed with the ease of ordering, the turnaround time and the quality of the doors I ordered self closing hinges and there was not enough tolerance to adjust the door reveals with the websites recommended sizes. The self closing piston interferes with the range of adjustment. If you want self closing then you probably need a door approximately 1/4” bigger than the website recommends. I switched to manual close and they are great”

“I had an emergency and was trying to quickly help my elderly mother and father-in-law with a toilet swap. Theirs had broken and I was searching nearby for a decent replacement toilet. I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone at Stanley's Hardware who let me know they had some nice in-stock items. I quickly drove to this location in a heavy downpour, frustrated from my failed attempts to fix the existing toilet, and was greeted by Ernie. Let me tell you, Ernie was THE ANSWER. This gentleman listened intently, took the time to show me the models that they had on display and installed in the men's bathroom, and explained the functionality of each. I settled on a Delta model and was afraid of just grabbing the box and driving it back, in this storm that was happening, and finding out that something was broken, which often happens with these products. Ernie calmly unpacked the components with me right on the sales floor, and then subsequently wrapped everything back up neatly, grabbed me a cart for the toilet, waited for me to check out at the register, and walked with me in the rain to my car to help me load the toilet into the back. His kindness will always be remembered and I will not hesitate to patronize this store b/c of that wonderful experience I had a few weeks ago before the holidays. I will also go on to say that everyone in the store was polite and patient...something that has somehow been lost in most retail environments in the past several years. 5 Stars is not enough for this commendation. Excellent job, Ernie and Staff at Stanley's Hardware!!!! See you all again soon!”

“Went to the home depot yesterday, even had an appointment with their kitchen staff. Not one single person helped me, when I asked an employee if they could help me they said "depends." I have been to this do it best, probably, every day this last week and do not have a hard time finding an employee willing to help, most of them just acknowledge me as I walk around and ask if they can help me. While, the prices are higher than the big box stores, I am definitely happy to shop here because I feel valued as a customer AND I'm not wasting my time searching for products w/o assistance. The ambridge do it best has earned a loyal customer! Edit: I am also obsessed with all the "wanted" posters around the store of people that have shop lifted! Even had an in depth convo with an employee about how one woman looked so different in each of her photos that I did not think they were the same person! Also, pickles are incredible here (same brand the taphouse uses for their fried pickles!) And I got some of THEE BEST smoked salt here! Love that I can just buy products from other local small businesses while I am here!”

“We love our Beverly double entry doors with the rain glass! Arrived packaged so well, not a scratch on them. The contractors were a bit intimidated at first by the weight but the frame was simple to install and they couldn't believe how easy installation was after unpacking. They were done in 30 minutes. Doors fit perfectly with just a tiny bit of adjusting. The contractors couldn't stop raving about the quality, beauty, ease of install and the price was way less than they guessed. They've been doing high-end remodels/builds for 30+ years and said this was one of the nicest doors they had ever seen. 1000% recommend. (Pics are without locks/handles and unfinished drywall/stucco around the edges.)”

Charles found it and went out of his way to return it after business hours!!! Told him I would be back once I got my site ready! Long story short his team started installing my building (24x30x14 with 8ft lean to) on Tuesday, at 6:45am they worked through the rain until 9:30pm came back on Wednesday morning 7am and finished by 11:30 they cleaned up the area and were on their way! Highly recommend if you’re in the market!”

“I ordered a 40' by 52' Q model and it was shipped on the date promised. The delivery driver was very accommodating, helping me unstack part of the arches due to the pallet being too heavy, thank you! I referenced every YouTube video on the assembly and got some good pointers. First off, very impressed by the quality, fit and consistency of the panels, definitely a well designed system. I got a scissor lift as this seemed the best way to get this job done. Like everyone says, the first 3 arches are challenging, especially when you're doing it alone. After the first 3 arches were standing I did the rest of the assembly one panel at a time. I've heard from other comments that the instructions are vague but I rarely look to instructions anyway, just did a visual inventory of what I had in front of me and figured it out. About 1/3rd of the way through, I realized I only received about 1/2 of the bolts I needed so I called the salesman who I originally bought the building from, and he said no problem, I had 2 extra buckets of bolts ups shipped in 6 days. There is the upsell phonecall after the sale of the building, giving you options of industrial base plates, insulation, end walls and other accessories but I had my own plans for everything, I just wanted the building shell and went with the key way slab as per the design provided. 3 weeks of work and I couldn't be happier with my building! By the way, this is going to be a Barndominium, 1/3 home (2 story, 2 bed 2 bath 1230sqft) and the rest garage/shop. I highly recommend the SteelMaster arch system based on my experience. Julius”

“Roof and material looked nice . It was done in a day . Only issue is the cleanliness. They left a lot of left over sheathing and shingles in my attic . All over my insulation. I asked them at the beginning of the day to make sure it gets cleaned up . They said they are good with that . Of coarse when i check the next day , it was disgusting . I reached out to manager and i had got no response . You pay triple the amount for a quick job and a terrible clean up . Now i have to finish the job . Thanks ..”
