“I had an emergency and was trying to quickly help my elderly mother and father-in-law with a toilet swap. Theirs had broken and I was searching nearby for a decent replacement toilet. I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone at Stanley's Hardware who let me know they had some nice in-stock items. I quickly drove to this location in a heavy downpour, frustrated from my failed attempts to fix the existing toilet, and was greeted by Ernie. Let me tell you, Ernie was THE ANSWER. This gentleman listened intently, took the time to show me the models that they had on display and installed in the men's bathroom, and explained the functionality of each. I settled on a Delta model and was afraid of just grabbing the box and driving it back, in this storm that was happening, and finding out that something was broken, which often happens with these products. Ernie calmly unpacked the components with me right on the sales floor, and then subsequently wrapped everything back up neatly, grabbed me a cart for the toilet, waited for me to check out at the register, and walked with me in the rain to my car to help me load the toilet into the back. His kindness will always be remembered and I will not hesitate to patronize this store b/c of that wonderful experience I had a few weeks ago before the holidays. I will also go on to say that everyone in the store was polite and patient...something that has somehow been lost in most retail environments in the past several years. 5 Stars is not enough for this commendation. “Went to the home depot yesterday, even had an appointment with their kitchen staff. Not one single person helped me, when I asked an employee if they could help me they said "depends." I have been to this do it best, probably, every day this last week and do not have a hard time finding an employee willing to help, most of them just acknowledge me as I walk around and ask if they can help me. While, the prices are higher than the big box stores, I am definitely happy to shop here because I feel valued as a customer AND I'm not wasting my time searching for products w/o assistance. The ambridge do it best has earned a loyal customer! Edit: I am also obsessed with all the "wanted" posters around the store of people that have shop lifted! Even had an in depth convo with an employee about how one woman looked so different in each of her photos that I did not think they were the same person! Also, pickles are incredible here (same brand the taphouse uses for their fried pickles!) And I got some of THEE BEST smoked salt here! Love that I can just buy products from other local small businesses while I am here!”

“We are beyond thrilled with our gazebo! We ordered a 12’ octagonal kit with the screen package and later added a ceiling fan. The delivery was great. The package was complete, the quality excellent. I stained the pieces and my brother in law assembled it in less than 2 days.it’s become our sanctuary! No mosquitoes! We can truly enjoy sitting outside now without bugs and the glare of sun UV at 8000 ft. I highly recommend this business as your gazebo source! I can’t believe we waited this long!!!”

“From the time we sat down with the salesman to the time we had our roof installed was only about 2 weeks. Once the roofers got here, they had everything removed from the old roof and the new roof installed in 8 hours! We were so impressed and not expecting it to be done in a day with having a complex, steeper pitched roof. After they finished, they went around to make sure the work site was cleaned up well and no nails were left laying around the yard. The supervisor also came to our house and spoke with me for awhile, explaining various parts of the process. She was so personable and you could tell she truly cared that the customer was satisfied with the work done. We would recommend ErieHome to anyone looking for a excellent quality roof to be installed on their home. Thank you ErieHome!”

“Stopped in a couple of days ago to get some flex seal tape for a project I was working on at home. I live in Milton and could just go to Cole's Hardware, sometimes the prices at Cole's s is a bit steep. Overall the employees are helpful and found what I wanted right away. Also got to see an amazing sunset from the parking lot when I showed up to shop. Great little hardware store.”

“They don’t unload early. I arrived one day early. In shipping say - I can’t park overnight. But i park at the corner, opposite door 40. I park approximately 1 p.m. If you sit quietly, no one will disturb you. They closed - 5 p.m. No security on facility.”
